Swimming is an individual or team sport that involves moving through water with one’s complete body. The sport can be done in a pool or in open water (e.g., in a sea or lake). There are some following instructions that must be followed.
1-Learn to swim with the help of a qualified instructor.
2-Don’t go into deep water until you’ve gotten used to swimming.
3- Never underestimate your own abilities.
4-Swimming should not be done immediately after eating.
5-Do not swim or dive in uncharted waters or in areas with dense weeds or rocks.
